Stop it.

Stop saying that BBCs are overreacting. Stop judging us for wanting to protect these seven boys. Stop mocking the fact that we’re upset and angry and feeling helpless right now.

If you were in our place, you would know. Just watching that apology video, do you think it was easy to see our boys like that? An empty silence carrying throughout those few minutes, the way they stand stiff and quiet throughout Zico’s words.

We can’t watch this and not cry. We can’t hear that tiny sniff in the recording and not feel a weight drop into our guts. We can’t stare at Jaehyo with his head bowed in the corner, watching the video again, and not feel terrible. We can’t look at Kyung as he looks like he’s about to start crying after they bowed and not want to sob as well. We can’t hear Zico’s subdued words and not think that, “They really didn’t deserve this,” no matter what everyone else says.

You can go on hating, bashing, whatever. At least have the decency to not mock us when we’re upset. At least let us be, for whatever period of time this may take, upset.
